Text Box: Sunday Scripture
We can do good works for others if we live with faith in God and do not harden our hearts. Faith is so important for us today. Without faith, we would not have hope. Jesus is the capstone of our faith and his words to the disciples long ago are true for us today. The world is in need of faith, especially during these turbulent times. However, if we have even a small amount of faith, we can accomplish great things because Jesus is with us. Habakkuk displays much hopelessness today. Yet, we find that those who have faith will be rewarded. In our psalm response we are told not to harden our hearts as we hear the voice of the Lord. As we listen to the Lord, our faith is increased. Jesus said that even a small amount of faith can do so much.

This week’s second collection will be for the Building Fund.  Last weeks 2nd collection for the SVdPS totaled $1,395.00.  Next week’s 2nd collection will be for the Bishop’s Appeal.
