Text Box: Sunday Scripture
We can come to know ourselves by reflecting on the mystery of God–knowing, loving and worshiping him. God reveals to us the mystery of himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Through this self-revelation we can come to know and worship God for his power and majesty and for his love that permeates our lives. It is by faith in the mystery of the Godhead that we come to know him in the mystery of our own lives. The Book of Proverbs tells of the presence of Wisdom at the dawn of creation. Paul speaks of justified by faith with God through our unity with Christ and the pouring out of God's love through the Holy Spirit. Jesus teaches his disciples that when the Holy Spirit comes, he will guide them to know the truths he has received from the Father.

This week’s second collection will be for Assessments and Insurance.  Last week’s 2nd collection for Catholic  Charities totaled $1,518.00. Next week’s 2nd collection will be for the Building Fund.
