Text Box: Sunday Scripture

God, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, gives us a divine model of love and unity. On this Trinity Sunday, among other things, we give special honor to the relationship embodied by our Triune God. This relationship is based on love, and is a model for us. Through the three Persons in one God we can come to new understandings of love and unity.
In the first reading, the Israelites are called to recognize the power of God, and know there is no other. The second reading teaches that through the Holy Spirit we are adopted children of God, and heirs to His heavenly Kingdom. In the Gospel, Jesus commissions the disciples to share the Gospel in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Text Box: This week’s second collection will be for the Building Fund. Last week’s 2nd collection for the Parish Development Fund totaled $ 745.00. Next week’s 2nd collection will be for the Bishop’s Appeal. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! MAY GOD REWARD YOUR GENEROSITY.
