Text Box: Sunday Scripture

Through Baptism we were given a share in the divine life of the Trinity. The Trinity is a mystery that surpasses intellectual understanding. Fortunately, God has revealed himself as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and made it possible to enter into a relationship with him. Through Baptism we were given a share in the divine life of the Trinity, and are called to live in greater love with God and one another each day.
In Exodus, the Lord proclaims to Moses that he is a merciful God, slow to anger and rich in kindness and fidelity. In the second reading, Paul directs believers to support one another and live in unity, that God's love and peace may be with them. In the Gospel, Jesus teaches that eternal life will come to those who believe in him.

Text Box: This week’s 2nd collection will be for the Catholic Communications Campaign. Last week’s 2nd collection for the Bishop’s Appeal amounted to $844.00.
