Text Box: Sunday Scripture:
Let your seed of faith break open and bring forth the glory of God’s life-giving Word. It is important that the seed of our faith comes from a solid source and is planted in rich soil, so that when it breaks open and grows, it will be a blessing, glorifying God by its beauty. We do not ever want to find ourselves planted on soil that does not nourish and strengthen us in serving God. The rich soil, the source of life for us, is Jesus. In the Book of Isaiah we are reminded that God’s word always bears fruit. In the Letter to the Romans today we learn that the glory of God will be greater than the sufferings we endure. Today’s Gospel from Matthew tells the parable of the sower and how abundant the seed was that fell on rich soil.

This week’s second collection will be for the Bishop’s Appeal.  Last weeks second collection for the Building Fund totaled $ 1,012.00. Next week’s second collection will be for Latin America/Catholic University.

   THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

MAY GOD REWARD YOUR GENEROSITY.
