After 6.00PM Holy Mass, we expose the Blessed Sacrament and we celebrate THE HOLY HOUR. First Friday - February 4th. After the Holy Masses, we expose the Blessed Sacrament and recite the Litany to the Sacred Heart, followed by Benediction. An extra Mass for home-schooling children & their parents will be at 9.30AM. Text Box: Sunday Scripture

The Beatitudes teach the values we are to live by as disciples of Jesus. Jesus gave us the Beatitudes to help us understand more fully the values we are to live by as his followers. They encourage us to live in a way counter to the world's standards; a way exemplified by Jesus, himself. When we do as Jesus taught, we truly are blessed, and our reward will be great in heaven.
Zephaniah calls God's people to lead lives of humility, to seek the Lord and follow in his ways. Likewise, Paul stresses how God has chosen the foolish to shame the wise and the weak to shame the strong. In his Sermon on the Mount, Jesus provides a guide for truly living the Christian life. We call this the Beatitudes.
Text Box: Last week, the second collection for the Parish Development Fund amounted to
