Our Diocesan Chrism Mass will take place on Thursday March 13, at 7:00 pm, at St. Felicitas Church, located at 1662 Manor Blvd., San Leandro, CA, 94579. A multicultural choir is being formed for this celebration. Interested in participating? Inspired by the recent success of the film “Bella”, the Respect Life Program of the Archdiocese of San Francisco has inaugurated its first annual Cinema Vita Film Festival in cooperation with the Diocese of Oakland’s Respect Life Ministry, Marriage for Life, and Ignatius Press. The Festival will take place

To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary to St. Bernardette Soubirous on February 11, 1858—the Jubilee Year officially opened on December 8th—the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Every year, millions of the faithful and pilgrims from all over the world come to France to pray for cures and healing from their illnesses—bodily and spiritual.
