SPIRITUAL BOUQUET: following his Regensburg Address in September 2006 discussing Moslem-Christian relations, we became concerned for the safety of our Pope. In response, we started a Spiritual Bouquet dedicated to Pope Benedict XVI: that he will grow in wisdom and strength, that Text Box: his health be safeguarded, and for the conversion of his enemies. Each month we collect pledge-offering prayers, and send them as a Spiritual Bouquet card to his Holiness from St. Margaret Mary. These efforts have been recognized by Rome in the form of letters of gratitude from the Papal Nuncio. If you would like to help, please send prayer offerings by phone to Arlene Maderious (510 799-4678) or by e-mail to kuhl2@llnl.gov. To learn more visit the parish web-site.
